Version 6.7.7 update not working

My ipad has 6.7.6, Each time I open it I am prompted to update to 6.7.7 but clicking on this takes me to the app store with the only option there being “OPEN” which then opens up my 6.7.6 . What am I missing here? Thanks

    This notification can be ignored in 6.7.7. Sorry about the inconvenience. A big update is still on the way.

    Not used SP for some months so just tried to update. All that’s happened is that the Projects have disappeared. All files are there in one alphabetical list as “All Projects".

    Sorry to hear that. 

    1. If you've uploaded SP projects to iCloud via SP > Projects window, please refer to earlier instructions on how to locate them

    2. We haven't been aware of issues where saved work was lost for projects that were stored locally or saved outside of option 1. However, if this is an issue that applies to your situation, it would be of top priority to resolve. For locally stored (or non-iCloud) projects, we need to know:
    - Your iPadOS or iOS version by following the instructions at https://support.apple.com/en-us/109065
    - SP version via SP app > Help Menu > Feedback > About/Version
    - If any steps were taken since you last used SP that might have caused saved data to be affected in any way, such as restoring from backup, reinstalling iPadOS, etc.
