Handwriting
Dear Symphony Pro Support,
I purchased Symphony Pro and later bought the handwriting extension to write directly on the score using the Apple Pencil. The feature worked correctly for some time.
Recently the app started showing some notation issues (for example, the Coda and Segno symbols appeared extremely large on the page). I saw a suggestion to reset the cache and reopen the app, so I did that.
However, after clearing the cache and reopening the app, the handwriting extension disappeared. Inside the app it now asks me to purchase the extension again, even though in the App Store it shows that the item has already been purchased.
I tried restoring the purchase but the extension still does not activate.
Could you please help restore the handwriting extension on my account? If possible, I would appreciate it if you could unlock the feature via a promo code or another method.
