Hello, I bought an app called symphony pro 6 yesterday and I purchased the function called handwriting in him. It could still be used, but why would I not use it today, and I have to pay again?

    Sorry that there was a likely misunderstanding, as well as the delay due to vacation.

    - Handwriting is the paid upgrade for the app. Let us know if we can assist you with purchasing it.
    - If you already bought it and would like to restore it, instructions are available here, and these steps (and illustration) are the same on iPad and iPhone.
    - However, if you would like a refund, we approve of them unconditionally. Instructions on how to receive a refund are provided here.
