Crashing every time

Hello, last night I bought Symfony pro and after I wrote a score I tried to export as mp3 which led to closing the program, I tried to open but it crashed every time,I had to delete the program and rewrite the score but then I just happened again,no matter what i do app is crushing or its hanging out .After restarting my ipad and reinstall the app i tried to import several times my work in different formats mid,pdf,sym and the app crushed,i even tried to expot as aac but there is a problem with the right octave of notes so for me its useless.pls try to fix this things .
