Can’t print, weird preview on ios27, ipad

This was working before I upgraded my iPad iOS . Now, the printing only works the first time after killing the program and re-entering. Help please. Also, says I need to update but can’t. I get sent to the App Store where my only option is ‘open’. 
Going crazy…

    Sorry to hear about that. This is a top priority bug to investigate. However, we would appreciate more info about any of the following if possible:

    1. What happens if you try to export or print the score (e.g. incorrectly rendered document) 
    2. From the Export menu, which export option(s) failed to work. The available choices are (a) PDF or (b) All Parts to PDF. This is followed by selecting either (a) AirPrint, (b) Send To, Device, or other option
    3. (a) latest installed OS version and (b) iPad device details. This info can be found as follows: 
    a. Current iPadOS Version: Settings > General > About iPadOS Version (e.g., 26.0)
    b. iPad Model & Generation: Settings > General > About Model Name (e.g., iPad Pro 11-inch (4th generation))
    4. A copy of the SP project by emailing support@symponypro.net. 

    There have been several bugs resolved, affecting the exporting of PDFs, for SP 7. Provided any of the above details, we can better fix any remaining bugs, or help you work around the issue.
