Nothing saving

Hi there I have maybe 15 projects saved on symphony pro. But can't seem to save any new ones. When I open a new template rename and enter notes. It says it's saving when I exit. However it disappears when I reopen symphony pro? Any help would be great.
Ps I'm using an ipad 2

    Hi Dylan,

    Make sure you don't have a slash (/) in any of your project names. This has resolved all of the saving issues that were reported. If this does not apply to you, please let us know right away and send us a problematic project file to our support address (support@symphonypro.net)
