Missing Dynamics (ppp and fff)

Hi again,

Missing ppp and fff dynamics, although seldom used.  Maybe you should have only 4 buttons : p, mp, mf, f   And the p and f buttons when held would let us gain access to p, pp, ppp  and f, ff, fff  respectively !
