Restore Tempo Control
I’ve been working on a new score and after adding and deleting some measures at the beginning, I have lost the window where I can adjust the tempo. Please, can someone show me how to get the tempo window for the piece to display and be functional again. Thanks… Jimmy

Hi Jimmy,
If you're looking to add a Tempo Change marking, then on iPhone:
- Opening the Navigation Menu, which is at the top-right corner of the screen on iPhone
- Tap Score symbols
- From the categories chooser, tap Expressions
-- Move the cursor to where you want to add the tempo change (in your case the beginning of the score)
-- Next, tap the Tempo Change icon to add the expression
-- If you want to reposition any score symbol, first select it within the score, then drag it to a different location.
- You can then edit the value of the tempo by selecting the tempo indication within the score, then choose 'Edit'
On iPad:
- Choose the Score Symbols Expandable Button, which is highlighted green:
- From the categories chooser, tap Expressions, as shown,
- Then:
-- In Select Mode, first move the cursor to where you want to add the tempo change (in your case the beginning of the score), then choose the Tempo Change Icon
-- In Write Mode, first choose the Tempo Change icon, then tap the location where the tempo change should occur
-- If you want to reposition any score symbol, first select it within the score, then drag it to a different location.
- You can then edit the value of the tempo by selecting the tempo indication within the score, then choose 'Edit'
