All my projects gone. No idea what to do

WORKAROUND - I believe I found all the projects in the “Files” app of my iPad.I’m able to send them back to the SymphonyPro app. I’m in the process of repopulating the app with project files now.Have no idea why they all disappeared off the app. Maybe something to do with my iPad wanting to update to iOS 18.1, and asking me to offload apps to free up space for the update?(I declined that option, and instead went through photo library deleting videos to free up space. So that shouldn’t have offloaded SymphonyPro or any of its date)
Still don’t understand what happened and still riding the adrenaline/terror of almost losing a huge amount of work.0 -
Update 2 - okay everything is back and visible again in SymphonyPro.I think what happened may be that the tag that most of my projects were under got somehow deleted as a tag. The projects probably still existed under the “All Projects”, which for some reason I wasn’t able to click on/access for a while.Sending a file from “Files” app and opening in SymphonyPro seems to have jostled the whole system and freed up the folder/tag options.I think alls good now. Thanks for following this journey.🍿👀0

Thank you so much for following up with how the issue got resolved. Making sure to check the All Projects folder within the SP app definitely would be the fastest way to see if the files got moved to another folder.
If there seems to be any bug with the app, such as the tagged folder metadata being lost, also let us know. Please remember that this metadata will typically be lost if you reinstall the app or install it on another device, unfortuntately.
