I just assumed that all my SP files would automatically back up to the Cloud daily like my other Apple apps data. What am I missing? May I ask what your procedures are for backing up your SP files. Thanks for your help Betsy! Jimmy

There are two ways that you can upload to the cloud, which are Apple device backups and uploaded projects within SP:

    1. A backup of all of your documents and settings, if they are stored locally on your device. If this applies to your question, the instructions are provided here on how to create a backup. To restore your device, the instructions are provided here. You can also access all of your local documents via these instructions, in order to copy them to iCloud or other cloud storage manually.

    2. On the other hand, you can upload SP Projects to iCloud via the iCloud upload feature from the SP app's Projects Window. This option is referring to the upload command shown/highlighted below:

For such projects, Apple device backups will not save and restore them. In order to create a backup of them currently, you need to download them to your device first, by selecting them inside the Projects Window. Next, follow the instructions on how to create a device backup.

Also, please remember that these documents are only available within the SP Projects Window and only when connected to the Internet.
