Cannot create new project

in Symphony Pro
Ipad pro running iPadOS 16.5 (20F66).  Cannot select project window and have it remain. Clare de Lune is up on screen and cannot get rid of it.  New projects selections appear then immediately disappear.

    If you have anything connected bluetooth, disable it in settings and try reboot then re-enable. If that doesn't work uninstall and reinstall. I think the developers left the planet. Too bad, SP 4 had a lot going for it. I use StaffPad for writing now.
