Public Domain Symphony File Sharing
Are there any platforms? For example when something is in Symphony Pro, as opposed to a simple PDF like you get from IMSLP there is a lot you can do with it, use it as a backing track. If you are practicing a part for a performance, hear your part against others, silence it and play or sing it against others, try various things in simulation before in real performance, etc. etc. I have a lot of files I have created, that I wouldn’t mind sharing with others, especially if they were willing to do the same. Does there exist any initiative to connect people for this? If not is there interest and knowledge about how one would go about it?
