.my Apple Pencil is not making any contact with the. software
it writes OK on Good Notes etc

    Does the pencil needs to be usbC or 2nd generation like in StaffPad??

    The app works with current and previous generation Apple Pencil models, as of version 6.5. However, if there is any issue, please let us know. We will resolve them right away via urgent updates, as reliability remains our top-priority.

    Hi the app seems to work fine with a 2nd generation pencil but it seems to stop working after I perhaps change function so,  I will try my other pencil wich is more recent (usbc)and I will get back at you with more clear explanation . Thank you!

    Hi I did try writing with the USBc pencil and oddly works better . Less erratic..I’m using iOS 18.0 with an IPad Pro 12.9 ( 6th generation).

    Thanks for your follow-up! We would next like to know of any specific difficulties with our app, including:
    - Whether the 2nd gen Apple Pencil issues you experienced are specific to SP, and similarly, any issues with the USBc version.
    - Email (via support@symphonypro.net) would be most preferred if you have example files via the SP project (.sym) file format and/or screenshots or detailed suggestions.
    - In either case, we will test if there is any issue with the app via both devices, and will update SP accordingly, and urgently if needed. Any further details about the nature of the issues will be very helpful to narrow down the cause of the bugs.
