Can’t draw notes with Apple Pencil after updating to 6.1.4 update

I can’t draw notes anymore with Apple Pencil just after updating to 6.1.4 update.

I just did the way as I have been doing before. Of course, I enabled the the Write Mode and the Handwriting Tool menu.

    Sorry about the issue and inconvenience. This was a major bug that has been fixed in the next update (6.1.5). Until it's available, this bug can be worked around by toggling off (deselecting) the Editing Mode expandable button highlighted below:
