SP Folder System

Been looking at the comments and responses about SP6’s release. Got me thinking... I’ve got all my scores in tagged folders. When the upgrade to SP6 is installed, will it wipe out the organizational folders I’ve got in place?

If it will, is there a work around I could have in place?
