Symphony pro reinstall changing of iPad loose handwriting

Hello changing my ipad i wanted to re install symphonypro but it’s impossible to have back handwriting tool i bought last year When i want to use it the app want me to buy it again I have a bill is there somwhere to enter a code ? Anyone had solved this problem ?

I am pretty certain if you "buy again" or "restore a purchase", you will not be charged again provided you use the same AppleID you did for your initial purchase.
