Keeps acting like I don't have a valid internet connection
I'm getting extremely frustrated as I try to open up the help page, but it keeps bringing up this error that says that my internet connection isn't valid when it is. I also want to know how to add more bars onto the sheet music I am working on.
Same thing happened to me today. From what the message said it sounds like their server is having problems.
Apparently their internet security certificate has expired. It was good until May 28, 2018.
Sorry about the inconvenience. The issue can now be resolved by refreshing the manual, but
the app may first be necessary.
