Hand writing tool purchase problem

I just purchased the App and have been trying to get the handwriting tool without success. Is there a recent bug that is preventing this? PCDS.

    @PCDS Did you mean you've figured the issue? If not, our initial recommendation is to make sure you've logged into the identical Apple ID that initially made the purchase; this is in light of the fact that while Family Sharing will work with the app license itself (your paid copy of SP), Apple does not permit Family Sharing to work with In-App Purchases.
