Half step symbol/Guitar Ben symbol

How do you insert a half step symbol (or guitar bend symbol) between adjacent notes?

You can do this by first opening up the toolbar under Navigation Menu > Score Symbols. Long-press the right most category icon and select Guitar from the category list.
