Update: If you have registered a new account between October 20 - November 10, you most likely did not receive a confirmation email to verify your account, preventing you from posting new topics or commenting. In that case, you will need to:
(1) Log back in to the account that's still awaiting verification (2) On the lower-left alert panel, click the button to re-send a verification email (3) Since the verification service is working again, you'll finally see the email in the account you used to register.
