Is there a way to disconnect the filename from the title of the pièce at the top of the page?
I have lots of pieces called sonatine ;-) and I just want the title of the first movement to be called Sonatine and for
The filename something like sonatine-composername- workname.

Not quite. We used to have projects work this way, but it has caused confusion among some users, so we made project names equivalent to the name of the file. We will consider providing the option to name the score title differently in an update for those who want to do this.
