phrase markings and dynamics unstable

I find several frustrating bugs that disrupts the use of this program:

1. on playback, sometimes it accelerates (after stopping, when I restart playing it, it plays at a sped up tempo)

2. on marking phrases and putting in crescendo/decrescendo, it changes depending on portrait vs landscape - and it's different when exported as PDF
