I just purchased a download of Symphony Pro for $9.99 hoping that I can download it on my iMac, that didn't work. I couldn't find it on my download

    Hi Marco,

    If you are having trouble downloading Symphony Pro for iPad, make sure that you are using the iTunes app, not App Store. Make sure that you are logged in to the account you used to purchase our app and that you have selected the 'Purchased' section under "App Store".

    If you are having trouble downloading it for your Mac, however, Symphony Pro is not available for this platform. In this case, you can obtain a refund through iTunes, and it is the only way to do so.
