How can I draw an incomplete bar?

I mean that how can I draw a first measure like in the attached image URL by using Symphony Pro 6?

It has the ‘3/4’ meter, but the first measure includes only two 8th notes.

Hmm,... I can’t see the attached image URL or the image itself.

Go to the bar menu, and make the first bar an “Anacrusis”.
If you can’t quite figure it out, type “Anacrusis” in the help menu.
