Help, I paid for both versions of the app and neither open on startup.

I’ve tried redownloading, updating the app and phone, turning my phone off and on, even spending on the $15 app because I assumed the iphone one wouldn’t work without it.

nothing works. They both just show the logo once clicked and then close out. What am i supposed to do? Did i waste my money. Don’t wanna have to leave a bad review

    Sorry about the issue. The next update (6.0) will be fully compatible with iPhone X and newer models. It's still a couple more weeks away, so you can forward your receipt of SP to support@symphonypro.net to receive an install link.
