Stemless notes or hidden stems?
I am a new Symphony Pro user in the iPad. I want to know if there is a way to write notes without stems, to hide stems, to change the length of stems etc.

Only the latter is probably feasible here, and this can't be set as a global preference yet, though we will include the feature for the immediate roadmap. For now: changing the length of a single stem is possible by tapping the endpoint of a stem and dragging the control point vertically.
