Coda

When exporting to AAC or MIDI SP does nothing with DaCapo and coda in my experience. Is this because I am doing something wrong or is this a bug? Perhaps related to this, DC notation and manual text are scattered all over the page in a pdf, again, it may be me being a new user but I can't seem to get it fixed yet.
