Chords lose qualifiers when transposing or toggling concert pitch?

I've written a lead sheet for a Bb instrument, with chords, dominant, minor etc.

I'm writing it in concert pitch mode. When I toggle back to Bb, the Fm becomes F, and the C7 becomes C. I've tried using the superscript, but I can't get it to work.

Any ideas?
