Won't move out of portrait mode

I do not have the rotation lock on, but Symphony Pro will not switch out of portrait mode.

    What are you using for the lock on the side of your iPad, sound or autorotation?
  • I have tried using both, but it wouldn't switch out with either.

    Try closing the app and then launching it again. Instructions here. I've seen a bug where the app fails to reorient itself back to landscape mode before. An app restart can fix it.
