update from 6.7.6 to 6.7.7 issues on ipad

Today I've updated as in title.
It keeps asking to update but from app-store it says it's updated
After the 1st update, i modified a couples of documents but it gave me an error message when I saved and infact I cannot open them anymore saying that the internet connection doesn't work. I can still open the previous one but I cannot save any file more.

please help me

After updating to version 6.7 on every startup after closing app completely a reminder to update to 6.7 is shown on every new start.

I have removed the app from the ipad, did a fresh install from the app store, same again. Please fix this, it is annoying...

I hope this app can do it or grant it.

Is it possible for Symphony Pro to have specific percussion features for marching bands in the future, such as a snare drum with high pitch, multi-tom, and a bass drum with five sound characteristics?

Hello- I cannot get the app to end a piece on a second ending. I can have a first and second ending with the repeat in the second to last bar, but the final bar will not have the solid bar line, just a thin one as if the music is going to go on. If I add a first ending to the second to last bar, and then add a repeat, it deletes the first ending. I have tried every combination imaginable. After I somehow (it seems random) successfully added a first and second ending with the proper repeat I cannot add a heavy final measure line. The movement wizard box isn’t helping. I don’t have another movement. I just want to end this piece with the first and second ending. Nothing fancy. Thank you for any help you can give.

I want to typeset two voices for a piano. In a single beat, one note‘s stem should go up and the other note below it, the stem should go down. How do I do it?

Annotation cannot be deleted!

Hi, I’m using version 6.7 on iPad. Annotations can be circled by using Apple Pencil. The ‘delete’ shows, after touch the ‘delete’, the annotation still remains.

I can’t find symbols for ‘brevis’ (square note without stem, duration 2 whole notes) and ‘longa’ (idem with stem, duration 4 whole notes). These occur in renaissance music. Can these be made available?

I note that currently the only way to create a new movement is to place an end bar in a measure, after which the dialog box asks whether you want a new movement. It's a bit quirky because sometimes that section also needs a repeat.
Also, the new movement will not have a time signature at the beginning if the signature stayed the same. Can creating a new movement be turned into a proper command?

Transposing Chord Symbols & Concert Pitch Issue

Hi everyone,

I have two questions regarding Symphony Pro:

I added chord symbols while writing for guitar, then copied and pasted them onto a clarinet part. However, I can't figure out how to transpose all the chord symbols at once. Is there a way to do this?
I'm having trouble with the concert pitch setting. I enable and disable it for the clarinet, but the notes don’t change, and the playback sounds the same. Am I missing something?

Time Signature display at the beginning of new movements

I would like to display the time signature at the beginning of every movement. At the moment, I only have the option of displaying the time signature at the beginning of every line, or when the time signature changes.

I have found a way to display the time signature when I want to by creating a meter-less bar in the measure before the new movement, but that unfortunately creates a courtesy time signature to show that the time signature is about to change, at the end of every movement.

Is there a solution to resolve this time signature display issue? Thank you!

Hi,
I'm exploring and working with this wonderful product.
I'm a bit stymied by the anacrusis feature. I can get the anacrusis in (although the manual incorrectly states that in the 'Measure Dialog' the bottom menu must have the 'Bars' option selected, where in fact it is the 'Time/Key' option). However, I succeeded in getting both the anacrusis and main time signature in only once. On the second try, the time signature disappears when I place the anacrusis (so there is no time signature at all at the beginning), or I get both the custom time signature (for the anacrusis) AND in the next measure, the main time signature.
Please help.

Synchronizing with audio

Hi all! I often arrange for recordings and it's a shame that Symphony Pro doesn't have the ability to import audio files. Is there any other way to synchronize Symphony Pro with an audio recording, for example via Audiobus or another system? Does anyone have experience with this problem? Thanks!

I have all my music written in Musescore and can easily export to musicxml files but I do not have iTunes on my MacBook or iPad but only Music. I cannot find a way to add these files into Music as described in the manual. so is there another way to import musicxml files into Symphony 6?

I am a Mandolin & Tenor Guitar player and have just purchased SP6.
I'm starting the adventure of learning it.
I have used MuseScore for years but want to have something to use on iPad.
After importing my first .xml I discover that I cannot change the instrument to Mandolin or Tenor Guitar. Can you advise how to do this or changes a guitar toMandolin etc.

SP Won’t Import MP3 Files

Until yesterday, I was able to import an MP3 file into SP and it would be intact. That quit working. Now when I see the list of apps for import, SP is not on the list. It used to be! I’ve tried importing as XML and MIDI, but the score is messed up and no way resembles the original. Is there a way to get an MP3 into SP? Thanks! Jimmy

Change Instruments Mid-Score

A measure where I can’t add notes or rests properly

'i have a measure that is not representing all 4 beats from an XML import

. The first 2 beats are represented by notes and then the rest of the bar is blank. When I draw in any notes or rests they default to the beginning of the measure on top of the existing notes.it won't let me put anything in that space.

How do I select a specific measure for playback?

Is there another option besides the Navigation Ruler? (Please note that as I slide the navigation ruler, it does not display the selected measure--instead it displays the measure that I initially touch, and as I move it I don't have precise control. I can get within 4 bars of where want to be.)
