Missing Key NEXT feature On Keyboard

edited July 2013 in Symphony Pro
Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be informed also that, when inserting CHORDS and LYRICS in a music piece in the previous versions, there was "NEXT" key on the keyboard that helps us to type the next word/chord. In this newly updated version this feature is missing. Help.

Thanks.

  • Thanks for letting us know, we'll fix this.
  • Glad to see the new Symphony Pro. I have a problem with the virtual keyboard - in the earlier versions there was a slide by the keyboard so that we could go up and down octaves while writing music. I can't find any such facility here, which means that I can't use the keyboard for most of the notes I want to write.

Can this feature be re-instated, please.

    Thanks.
  • Hi Malcolme,

If you switch the keyboard to 'Scroll' from 'Glissando', you can simply swipe left or right anywhere inside the area to adjust the octave position. Each C note is labeled.

    Regards,
    Phil
  • Perfect, Phil, thanks.  I couldn't see this tip in the manual or information screens.
  • There is no scroll Glissando choice on my iPod.
    OSX El Capitan Ver 10.11.6
IOS 13.4 iPad Pro 4th gen.
  • Sorry about the confusion & limitation. To scroll on iPhone/iPod, the only option is to drag horizontally along the the keyboard. We'll correct this in the manual.
