Limitations with pencil tool

I don't understand why buttons like sharp or flat are not usable in pencil mode. You have to go to edit mode to modfify such parameters and then turn back to pencil mode. Why such modifications couldn't be accessible from pencil tool?

    Hi Pascal,

    Sharps and flats should be applied even when in pencil mode. However, if an accidental coincides with the key signature, it will be automatically written in key (without a sharp or flat). 

    If this doesn't answer the issue, please email me an example file so we can fix it.
