Pagination
Hi
First of all - great app. Just what I was looking for for my iPad when I bought it.
And now...I may be going over old ground here, but I can't find any way to control the pagination, layout etc. Bars per line, staves per page, stave size, that sort of thing. Is this something (a) I have missed - a distinct possibility as I am not good at reading manuals (tinkerer from way back) or (b) something that will be coming...
Also, what happened to LilyPond support as output - I use Lily to set stuff, so that to be back would be great (although I know it is difficult to keep up with the changes :-) )
