Is there a Coda symbol available in the input options?
Is it posssible to either stretch the note spacing or horizontally move individual lyric words? Sometimes the lyrics are scrunched together in an unreadable way

You can access the coda symbol by first switching the Score Symbols expandable button to the 'Expr.' icon, highlighted in green below. Within the available symbols under this category, expand the Segno icon, then activate the coda button that appears above it:

You can customize the bars-per-line property as instructed under this help section, and under Staff Layout. You will first need to open the Measure Dialog by tapping once with two fingers on a bar. In particular, this would be the first bar of a line where layout issues are occurring.

By navigating to Bars > Staff Layout > Bars Per Line, you will find a number picker to modify this property; score layout should update automatically as you make changes here, and specifying a small enough number of measures will provide the extra space between lyrics that's needed.
